Since some don't like spoilers...

Here is what I could remember and added some stuff in for what I couldn't, but I was at Smackdown and didn't feel like posting spoilers here. Hopefully they didn't cut out the spot with Carlito going off on the crow

From Sioux City, IA at the Tyson Event Center/Gateway Arena, WWE Presents Smackdown.

I arrived just as they were preparing for a Dark Match without Velocity Announcers Josh Matthews and Steve Romero. JBL's Limo was could have been seen from the seats not on the camera side.

Rene Dupree defeatedChad Murdock. Rene used a variation of the sleeper hold.

They announce Josh Matthews and Steve Romero as Saliva is playing.

Velocity tapings

Match 1: Funaki and Nunzio defeated Spike Dudley and Akio.
Funaki rolled up Spike after getting out of the Dudley Dawg.

Match 2: Chavo Guerrero Jr defeated Shannon Moore.
Chavo hit the Gory Bomb Special and Paul London was the special guest announcer.

Match 3: MNM defeated Steve Lee and Jason Bates.
Crowd thought that MNM was the face team in this event. Can't remember who made the pin.

Tazz's Music played as him and Michael Cole came out and they took down the Velocity ring curtains and set up for Carlito's Cabana.

They announce that Smackdown will be starting soon.

The spinning globes and showing of WWE's tv show logos came up and they showed the end of Smackdown from last week With Kurt kicking in Booker's Locker Room and going in. Next Booker going in and getting attacked from behind. Smackdown's Theme and video then played and pyro.

Carlito's Music played and he came out. He got into the ring and said this is the way to start off Smackdown with Carlito's Cabana. Carlito then talked about Big Show saying no to his offer. He went on to have a video shown. The video showed Big Show choking CCC, eating the apple and eventually getting sick. Then Carlito attacking Big Show on the set. Carlito then started to talk again and the crowd broke out the "What?" chant. He said "Well, welcome back to 1997" and asked how long they have been doing that.

Carlito then said he had the same offer that he gave Big Show to someone who was bigger and better. Carlito called out Matt Morgan and Morgan still followed the stuttering, and couldn't say "yes" but was able to say y-y-y...Okay. Big Show then came out and knocked%

Graduation and fun of work...

Graduation went off better than expected especially after seeing what "rehearsal" was like...if you want to call it rehearsal. After the ceremony, I had a reservation at the restaurant in the hotel I work at. Everything was good there, but because it is the "premiere" restaurant in the area a premimum price was paid. Oh well. After that I went to Travis' house and he was working on his homework for his class in the morning. His wife was out of the house and we just talked for a while. His homework was the business class-esque "write a paper, do a powerpoint presentation and resume/cover letter if you were to be looking for a job," assignment. His wife showed up later, and I talked to her for little bit before I left came home and went to sleep friday.

Saturday, I came in to find out that for the most part all hell broke out against the bartenders, and now a bartender who didn't understand a former co-worker's thoughts on the place finally came to the brutal realization of how pathetic most of the management at the hotel happens to be. I would go into more detail, but I don't feel like it. And as you can tell, I had to bartender and the bar was decent, but we got rid of most of the stuff by 11:30 and the other bartender left. There was a wedding in the next room that was just about as popular. Afterwards I stayed to help out in setting up for the next day.

Finally, today I was scheduled in at Noon and helped with the party that was set up the night before. The Assistant manager had some problem with the bills that were done the night before and they also had a problem with the program that is used to do the bills. Because one of the Catering directors fucked up and didn't put a group into the "Billing" category which allows the manager to print off a bill for the party.

But I am still happy that I have my Degree and now I need to get A+ certified.

Until another time I am out. Also, I don't expect the person who this refers too to be an actual reader, but I am sorry about not answering you last night/this morning I had to get some sleep after working til about 3AM and needing to get rest because I had to be in at Noon.

Well, the time has come...

I am going to graduate from my college tomorrow. Rehersal is in the afternoon and the actualy ceremoney is at 7pm. Afterwards I have a reservation at the restaurant at the hotel I work at for my family and myself to have dinner. I might get in trouble for having the last minute reservation, and the fact that it is going to happen at just before closing time for the restuarant, but oh well.

betcha can't read this...

Okay, this was automatically a bullettin on my myspace account when I joined someone as a friend. The sad thing is that I can actually read this. But then again I have probably some of the worst grammar and/or spelling out there.

Making it real....

Making it Real

This is an article about the local wrestling fed that I mentioned other times before. They do their best to put on the best shows possible with everything and everyone they have. It isn't close to the same level of the WWE or quality of Ring of Honor, but they make the people who attend their shows happy with the matches they put on.

There is also a separate article that didn't make it to the website...

One wrestler could be headed for the big time
by Christian Richardson (Journal Staff Writer)

PCW fans immediately taunted "The Tsunami Kid" Ricky Sprague when he entered the Abu Bekr Shrine Temple auditorium in mid April.

The wrestler, wearing a blue tie-dyed singlet, posed for the crowd and took a picture of himself with a camera.

As a heel, or bad guy, he tempts the crowd and draws the boos and anger.

"It helps me, because I'm actually a shy person," said Ricky Sprague, know outside the ring as Wyatt Lara, 21, of Sioux City.

Standing 6 feet 2 inches and weighing 220 pounds, Lara has been a wrestler in the organization known s Plymouth Championship Wrestling and formerly known as Plymouth County Wrestling since 2001.

The false ego he projects to the audience stems from advancing to Ohio Valley Wrestling in July. The Louisville, Ky., based Ohio Valley Wrestling is the minor leagues for World Wrestling Entertainment.

It's Lara's shot at the big time. But nothings guaranteed, he said.

PCW, which serves as a foundation for wrestlers, training them and providing them video footage of their matches, serves as a starting point for some men. Other guys stay with PCW, drawing enthusiasm from their brethern and the fans.

Wrestler Paul Daniels, member of Double Jeopardy, took an early exit April 16 during thetag team championship, being defeated first round.

Daniels, known outside the ring as Dan Widrowicz, 20, of Sioux City, is a Morningside College student. Widrowicz, a graphic design major, said he performs on weekends while he's in school.

For wrestler, J.T. Wilcox, the PCW has been a part of his life since the organization's inception. Wilcox is known outside the ring as Ross Mosher, 25, of LeMars, Iowa.

What offsets the pain and low pay for Mosher is entertaining the fans.

"When you go out there and you do a move and you hear the crowd `Are you serious? Oh my God is that guy dead?' you did your job," Mosher said.

I would have rather not inserted their real names, but I would rather not get complaints from people from the journal or others that I didn't mention everythign in it.
